2011 - Dominion's "Appalachian Gateway Project" :
Dominion has proposed the use of five off-site and two on-site pipe yards
thatwould consist of a mix of land uses ranging from open/industrial to forested.
The two onsite pipe yards would be located within Dominion's Hastings Extraction Plant and used for pipe storage for the proposed TL-596 and TL-597 pipelines.
The five off-site pipeyards would range in size from 11.1 to 62 acres.

Total land requirements for these facilities would be 136.4 acres.
The general locations of the proposed yards are identified on the facility location maps included as Appendix A of this EA.
Upon completion of construction activities, the proposed yards would be returned to their preconstruction condition and former usage.
