EXTRA CREDIT *
Additional construction areas, or temporary extra workspaces,
would be required for construction at :
road crossings
railroad crossings
crossing of existing pipelines and utilities,
stringing truck turnaround areas
wetland crossings
horizontal directional drill(HDD) entrance and exit pits
open-cut waterbody crossings.
Used for:
spoil storage
staging, equipment movement
materials stockpiles/laydown areas
pull string assembly associated with HDD installation
These work areas would be located adjacent to the construction right-of-way.
This EA for AGP involved eight pipeline rights-of-way, with extra workspaces estimated totaling 200.1 acres, with individual extra workspaces ranging in size from 0.01 acre to 2.39 acres. [see: EXTRA CREDIT]
