During construction, elevated levels of ambient pollutants are likely to occur in
the immediate vicinity of the projects.
The proposed Project, ongoing drilling activities associated with the Marcellus
Shale natural gas reserves, and the other projects identified previously in this discussion would involve the use of heavy equipment that would generate emissions of air contaminants, fugitive dust, and noise during construction.
