FERC approved Dominion’s entering the pre-filing process
July 2012 - OPEN HOUSE
FERC staff attended a Dominion sponsored open house
Sept 24, 2012 - NOTICE OF INTENT
FERC issued a Notice of Intent to prepare an environmental document,
which opened a scoping period.
Sept 24, 2012 SCOPING PERIOD OPENED
(2 weeks later: how could this possibly be announced 30 days in advance?)
9 Oct 2012 - FIRST ENVIRONMENTAL SCOPING MEETING
Nov. 2012 - Draft resource reports
will be filed and available for viewing on FERC's eLibrary website.
April 2013 - Dominion's :FORMAL APPLICATION
FERC will evaluate the completeness of that application.
